Hello there, I'm Preetham Steve D'Souza/Preetham. S.D; I am glad that you read my poems. I wanted to make my blog a special one so as this background boldly states "A poet's thoughts arise from his/her brain and from the brain, it's beautifully translated and inscribed on a piece of paper". Being a boy of 13(now 19); I want to bring out a new way of imagination in the great minds of the present world.-Preetham.S.D (ⓒAll right reserved)

'Campfire' this is a story written in the form of a poem, it's a story of friends who go to the woods and then get astonished and scared for the rest of their lives. Why? read and find out.
Campfire
In a small town of New York,
There lived five friends,
John, Silvester, Oliver, Steve and Michael,
They decided to spend a night in the woods,
But Michael wasn’t able to join them,
Sadness grew among the four about Michael’s absence,
But the sadness didn’t last long,
Hence they reached their destination,
The place they chose had a clearing
In between the forest with a shed,
They lit the bonfire and began enjoying
by singing, counting stars and barbecue meals,
Soon, Oliver saw the shed burn,
They rushed towards it, opened it and they were shocked
To see that there were firecrackers in it
Surprisingly they were on fire,
The four ran for their lives,
“The story ends with all the four running for their lives,
Meanwhile there was a great blast in the woods”, said
Silvester, A few
days later to his students,
"But" asked a student, “Master?
how did the fire get to the shed?”
Silvester answered “You know the……….,
One second, we lit the bonfire way far from the shed!”
Immediately Silvester informed the cops,
And then began the investigation,
The cops found a corpse partially
burnt and eaten by wildlife, “It’s Michael’s body!”
The four confirmed and cops stated that…..,
He was a ‘Serial killer’ fleeing from cops for a decade!
“Wait a second....what was Michael doing there?” asked Steve, The cops
replied “He lit the shed on fire!”
