It is noisy out there and in you. Be wise in what you choose to hear.

I know nothing

I do not know how I feel about this,

Pouring myself out for the world,

But I must not hate what I do;

I must learn to love what makes life hard.

Here’s what I think of people who share their “knowledge” with those who need it the least:

Know that knowledge means nothing if unheard by those who need it.

Nothing in this world can stop the emergence of people who do this, but one small intellectual thought might shut their mouths,

Then again, who is to stop them from blurting out things that people don’t want to hear.

I know nothing about the things that go on ten feet from me,

and honestly, I don’t have to know it, unless it poses some threat to my thoughts.

“Life goes on,” they say, but truly, it takes guts to stop for a minute and admire the beauty of life and death.

That’s one way to remind yourself that you belong with the worms,

You are no different from them, you just crawled out and gained the power to reason,

And yet, it doesn’t make us any better than a koala.
